The Challenge This project was about consulting one task on the RETTY app.
The task was the "Restaurant page" that had a problem with user experience.
The challenge was to define the causes and find the solution to fix this page using the UX method and tools.
At first glance, we found out that the "Restaurant page" has several problems like too much content with a lot of inconsistent information that creates unpleasant user experience.
In our consulting services, we provide our clients with all files, reports, data and design materials that they can use them in their future processes.
DiscoveryIn the first step, we used the KPI information that we got from the client and through user test in order to get deeper understanding of the real problem.
After that, we ran a usual test to find out the problems and list them up.
After the problems were listed up, we found the solutions from the UX view. We made a solution report to discuss it with the client and also try to analyze it.
We went through each solution point deeply by searching more about it and tried to understand how we can fix the problem and implement the solution.
Solution After validating the suggested solution in the second step, we made a Hi-Fi wireframe or prototype interaction to provide and implement a tool of solution to the page problem or do a real user test!
In another case, we charge of making the UI design and even building the product after consulting.
